Designed as a 4- or 5- day workshop based on Rising Tide Solutions 4 Pillars of Leadership: communication, mentorship, empathy, and accountability, this workshop provides instruction, coaching, and practical application and serves to increase the effectiveness of your team’s leadership capability. As with all of our programs and workshops, this workshop can be extended or abbreviated to fit an organizations operational requirement and available time.

Developed around Rising Tides Feedback Models this course provides instruction and insights for team members in the realms of both providing actionable feedback and effectively receiving feedback as a tool for improvement. Focusing on the necessary components of having a productive feedback-based interaction and emphasizing on the relationship between providing and receiving feedback, this course will undoubtedly improve the ability of an organization to communicate and capitalize on the knowledge, viewpoints and perspectives of teammates, particularly during employee evaluation cycles.
