Employee Evaluation Program
Based upon a long-proven evaluation system used by the Military, this program is focused on the evaluation of employees at the Team Lead level and below. This system is designed to provide the skills and confidence in Supervisors and Managers that is required to properly evaluate lower tiered employees and further identify areas of needed improvement. This program also serves as a mechanism to identify and groom those employees who show potential for assuming the next level of leadership and responsibility with an organization.
